Verify a Certificate

How verification works

Every SustainAxis Consult Training Academy certificate carries a unique ID printed in its footer. Anyone — an employer, an organisation, or the learner themselves — can use this page to begin the check.

The ID scheme

An example: SAC-MEF-2026-00012 reads as four parts.

Course codes include MEF for M&E Fundamentals. New courses use their own code.

What happens when you submit

Today the check is manual: paste the ID, and the form opens a pre-filled email to the Academy, which is checked against our internal register and confirmed by reply, typically within one working day. An automated lookup is on the way.

What we ask of you

• Type the ID exactly as it appears on the certificate, including the hyphens.
• If the format is wrong, the form will not send — please re-check the certificate.
• Verification is free.

Your privacy

We only hold the minimum information needed to issue and verify a certificate: the learner's name, course, score, date, and certificate ID. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
